  • Loop – AwkwardTV – A step by step guide to creating looping sequences of videos for playback on the AppleTV using Keynote. I haven't tried it yet, but if it works it could be great for a video installation I'm working on… I can't believe looped playback is not a standard built-in feature.

  • fresh + new(er) — discussion of issues around digital media and museums – Just stumbled across this development blog from the Seb Chan and the web team behind the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney. From the site: "The purpose of the site is to act as a repository and sounding board for discussions around digital media and its use in museums. It evolved from a team discussion tool into a sector resource."

  • JavaScript Rock Star – Guitar Hero meets YouTube – John Resig, the javascript genius behind the jQuery library (who also amazingly ported Processing to javascript recently) has made this (quite silly) button mashing game which challenges you to play along with a video of Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit by pressing the A,S,D,F & G keys on your keyboard in time.

  • dpwolf.muxtape.com – I've been playing with muxtape today. The site allows you to upload and share a mix of mp3s. It's a bit flaky but it's a great idea with a very simple design. This is part of a mix I put together for a dj set a few weeks ago. It starts with The Velvet Underground and ends with Kanye West. Enjoy!
